Job Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer

Location: Remote
Type: 12 month Contract

About the Role
Join a leading global pharmaceutical company as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, helping design and build high-quality, scalable systems that support critical business processes worldwide. You'll work across front-end and back-end development, creating reusable components, APIs, and services, while contributing to system design and collaborating closely with global product, design, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern engineering practices.
  • Build reusable components and services following a component-driven, API-first approach.
  • Implement and consume APIs, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to architecture and system design decisions aligned with platform standards.
  • Write clean, secure, and well-tested code, with strong automated test coverage.
  • Collaborate with global teams across design, engineering, and product.
  • Continuously optimize and modernize the codebase, promoting best practices and innovation.

Skills & Experience

Front-End

  • Expertise in modern React frameworks (Next.js, Remix) and TypeScript.
  • Component-driven development, responsive UI, and accessibility (WCAG) knowledge.

Back-End

  • Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS a plus).
  • Designing RESTful APIs, integrating services, and scalable architecture understanding.
  • Java/Spring familiarity is a bonus.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also valid).
  • CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability tools, deployment strategies.

Version Control

  • Proficient in Git/GitHub workflows: branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and commit hygiene.
