Senior IT Transformation Consultant
We are partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation to appoint a Senior IT Transformation Consultant. This role will support executive leadership in defining and implementing the future operating model for their Digital Transformation & Technologies function.
This is a highly strategic engagement suited to a very senior consultant or former CIO / Head of IT with strong experience shaping IT organisations and governance frameworks within complex enterprise environments.
Role Overview
The successful consultant will work closely with the VP of Digital Transformation & Technologies to define the organisation's IT Target Operating Model (TOM) and translate strategic objectives into a clear transformation roadmap.
The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery, helping structure governance, processes, roles, and operating principles while supporting the execution of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and structure the IT Target Operating Model (TOM)
Establish governance, roles, processes, and operating principles
Translate strategic objectives into a transformation roadmap
Support the execution and tracking of transformation initiatives
Facilitate leadership workshops and executive alignment
Produce progress dashboards and executive reporting

Required Experience
Senior consultant with experience in IT / Digital Transformation
Background as a CIO, Head of IT, or senior strategy / technology consultant
Strong expertise in IT operating models, governance, and enterprise architecture
Comfortable working with executive leadership
