The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to join their consulting team, supporting large-scale, global implementations.

This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture, working closely with clients and delivery teams to design robust, future-proof SAP landscapes.

Candidates can be based anywhere in Germany, provided they are open to frequent travel (up to 80%).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture design
• Define clean core principles, API strategy, and build vs adopt decisions
• Advise on deployment models (On-Premise, Private Cloud, Public Cloud)
• Drive architecture across core business processes including O2C, P2P, and CFIN
• Support integration across retail systems (POS, inbound/outbound flows)
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure scalable, business-aligned solutions

Key Requirements

• Fluent German and English (essential)
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture
• Deep understanding of clean core, APIs, and modern SAP architecture principles
• Experience across O2C, P2P, and Central Finance (CFIN)
• Knowledge of S/4HANA EWM
• Strong understanding of deployment options and trade-offs
• Experience within the retail sector, including:
  • POS integration
  • Stock control, allocation, and replenishment
  • Product allocation and materials planning
