What You'll Be Doing:
- Consulting and Implementation: Provide expert advice and guidance on SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' business needs and objectives. Lead or support the implementation of SAP FICO modules.
- Project Management: Depending on your seniority, manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Translate these into effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP FICO modules to meet client-specific requirements. Ensure the solutions are robust and scalable.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and deliver post-implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP FICO and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
What We Would Like From You:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English as well as B2+ level of Dutch is essential.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consulting. For senior roles, significant experience in full lifecycle implementations and is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in various industries is beneficial, providing a broad perspective on different business processes and requirements.
- Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel: Approximately 3 days per week to office/client sites.
