About the Project:
Join a high-profile international pharmaceutical project, supporting the implementation and optimisation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This is a fully remote role, working with a global team to deliver best-in-class supply chain planning solutions across multiple countries.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to provide expertise across planning processes, system configuration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise planning solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SAP IBP implementation, configuration, and optimisation
Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and design solutions
Integrate IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems
Conduct workshops, testing, and user training
Provide guidance on best practices for demand, supply, and inventory planning
Support post-go-live continuous improvement activities
Required Experience:
Proven SAP IBP consulting experience (implementation or optimisation)
Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP processes
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
Ability to work in a multi-country, international environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Desirable:
Pharma industry experience
Experience with remote, global project delivery
