Join a Utility company to build a cutting-edge, cloud-native platform to accelerate software development. We're seeking a Visualisation/Compute Lead Engineer to lead a team of engineers, ensuring the efficient delivery of infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of compute engineers, translating compute architecture into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure architects and other teams to align on technical solutions.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of compute hardware, operating systems, and vitalisation resources.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
- Promote team collaboration, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a compute or vitalisation engineer.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical designs clearly.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in Dell/HPE hardware, OS provisioning (RHEL, Ubuntu), security hardening, and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and VMware.
- Minimum of C1 level in German and C1 level in English.
