Job description
We are working with a boutique consultancy supporting a leading client in Dubai on a high-profile SAP S/4HANA transformation. They are now looking for an experienced Training & Change Lead to join the team on a freelance basis for an initial 6-month contract (extension likely).
Location: Dubai (on-site/hybrid)
Contract: Freelance - Initial 6 Months
Start: ASAP / June 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the training and change management workstream for a global SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Design and execute the training strategy across functional areas
- Deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning
- Work closely with the project team, process owners, and end users to ensure effective adoption
- Develop training materials, user guides, and coordinate training delivery across business units
- Act as a key advisor on user readiness, adoption metrics, and change interventions
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience as a Training or Change Lead on large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong background in end-user training, change planning, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or similar learning platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing environments preferred
- Able to work in Dubai (on-site presence required)
