Job description
We are partnering with a leading consultancy delivering a large-scale Oracle transformation for a key client based in Dubai. They are currently seeking an experienced Training & Change Lead to take ownership of the change management and end-user training for this major program.
Location: Dubai (on-site/hybrid)
Contract: Freelance - Initial 6 Months (extensions highly likely)
Start: ASAP / June 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the training and change workstream for a complex Oracle ERP implementation
- Develop and deliver the end-user training strategy, materials, and execution plan
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and communication planning
- Drive user adoption and ensure business readiness across functions
- Collaborate with process leads, SMEs, and program leadership to embed new ways of working
- Support go-live readiness activities and post-implementation adoption tracking
Ideal Profile:
- Strong experience in Training or Change Lead roles on Oracle ERP implementations (Cloud or On-Prem)
- Track record of managing training delivery in large enterprise environments
- Expertise in change communication, user engagement, and adoption strategy
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.) is advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder and interpersonal skills in multi-national program settings
- Industry experience in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing preferred
- Must be able to work on-site in Dubai
