Process Design Consultant
* Modality : remote work, with in-person meetings/workshops in Paris
* Period : Phase 1 Feb to June / Phase 2 July to December 2026
* Workload estimated : 110 days (~0,5 FTE)
* Language : English & French (project language will be English)
* Global context : Design CORE HR (SF) for global organization & 20 countries
OBJECTIVES
Based on the current HR Operations processes, the consultant will work with CUSTOMER stakeholders to revise and improve HR operations "CORE HR" Common Template (Core Model) that will be serving as a blueprint for future roll out.
ACTIVITIES
* Collect, analyze and document existing CUSTOMER HR operations processes
* Enrich with Interviews / focus Group (distinguishing already deployed countries & others)
* Identify and document key discrepancies between CUSTOMER as-is practices and flag key topics to be addressed during fit-gap workshops
* Overall analysis to identify areas of improvement in current configuration + releases opportunities
* Drive Core Design Sessions workshops to determine the Common component of EC Core HR (organization, processes, roles, data, Change Management &
Governance principles)
* Prepare Core Model V2 implementation with selected pilot(s) (with the objective if no rework for already deployed countries unless requiring a specific improvement
* Support Pilots in their preparation work.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong expertise in Core HR processes in a Group / multi-country context.
* Solid experience in HR process design and optimization.
* Good understanding of HRIS / Core HR systems (Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)
* Experience with process modelling tools and methodologies.
* Ability to structure complex topics and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Ability to Produce and maintain clear and structured documentation: Process documentation / Functional specifications / User guides and operating models
