Lead - Change Management & Continuous Improvement

Location: Europe (Flexible)
Start Date: September 2025
Initial Contract: 6 months (extensions expected through to 2027)
Engagement Type: Contract

A leading FMCG organisation is embarking on a major transformation journey to unify its global technology and operations landscape following a decade of growth through mergers and acquisitions. With a complex, fragmented IT environment, they're now investing in centralisation, process maturity, and cultural alignment.

We're looking for a senior Change Management & Continuous Improvement Lead to join the Office of the CIO and play a key role in driving long-term organisational change. This role focuses on transforming people, processes, and governance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives across the Office of the CIO (OCIO), aligning people, process, and operational structure.

  • Support the adoption of ITIL-based processes (incident, change, config, etc.) to improve service quality and operational consistency.

  • Drive cultural transformation and overcome resistance across decentralised business units.

  • Introduce governance and structure across an enterprise currently using multiple SAP, CRM, and service platforms.

  • Work closely with programme leadership and business stakeholders to align on change vision, readiness, and adoption strategy.

  • Support post-M&A harmonisation efforts with a clear focus on stakeholder alignment and behaviour change.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in enterprise change management, organisational transformation, and continuous improvement roles.

  • Experience leading IT/OCIO transformation programmes within large, complex environments.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery improvement in global enterprises.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Prior experience working in a FMCG or fast-paced global environment is essential.

This is a long-term opportunity to help reshape how a global organisation works and collaborates-beyond just systems.

If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, apply now.

Applications now open - interviews taking place in August.
