Director Manufacturing Information Systems
Location: London or Glasgow, United Kingdom
Onsite work: 3 days per week required
Languages: Fluent English
Salary: £110,000 + 20% bonus + 20% LTI
The Client: One of our FMCG Partners, a worldwide leader in the FMCG and beverages production industry are currently looking for a Director of Manufacturing Information Systems to join their internal , UK based team.
Role overview: You would join the team as Director of Manufacturing Information Systems having responsibility for all of the overarching manufacturing processes and areas within the business. Your responsibilities would include managing:
Core ERP, Warehouse management Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, SAP Products, Overseeing teams (3 direct reports, 10 indirect, 40+ externals), large scale transformations.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who comes from a Manufacturing background with experience with SAP Products and Industry 4.0 with previous leadership experience.
You should have in depth manufacturing experience and experience managing large scale transformations. Industry 4.0 experience is a must have.
Essential Requirements:
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience
- Industry 4.0 Transformation experience
- Proven ERP and MES exposure
- CMMS & WMS experience
- Excellent Stakeholder management and communication
- Smart Factory across IT & OT
Nice to have: SAP experience, consumer goods industry experience, Artificial Intelligence within a Manufacturing transformation (Industry 4.0)
