Job description
We're recruiting an experienced Atlassian Administrator on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation investing heavily in their digital tooling and ways of working.
Location: Full remote
Contract duration: 6 months (with possibility of going on as an FTE after)

Start Date: Early March
What You'll Be Doing
Administering and optimising Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Compass, Guard)
Designing and configuring custom workflows, issue types, dashboards, and reports
Building and maintaining automation rules to reduce manual effort
Managing integrations using Forge, APIs, and marketplace apps (e.g. ScriptRunner, Xray, Comala)
Supporting Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and classic project management frameworks
Ensuring Atlassian tooling aligns with GxP and regulatory requirements
Partnering with engineering and delivery teams to support DevOps practices
Leading training sessions and producing user documentation
Keeping pace with Atlassian updates and continuously improving the platform
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience as an Atlassian Administrator, ideally in Cloud environments
Strong hands-on expertise with Jira & Confluence configuration, automation, and JQL
Experience working with marketplace apps and third-party integrations
Understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
Exposure to regulated / GxP environments is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset
