Conexus is partnered with a Global Consulting Partner to source an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Technical Implementation Specialist to join a digital transformation project in Helsinki.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing a new ServiceNow solution, with a strong focus on automation, AI capabilities, and DevOps integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Configure and extend Virtual Agent with advanced NLU and orchestration
- Integrate DevOps Change Velocity and Digital Product Release pipelines
- Implement AI Assist and Predictive Intelligence for end users and agents
- Customise mobile apps and walk-up experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations
- Strong understanding of Virtual Agent, NLU, and orchestration
- Experience with DevOps integration's and release management
- Familiarity with AI Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and mobile customisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
