Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimise Workday modules.
- Leveraging your 5+ years of experience to provide expert guidance on Workday functionality and best practices.
- Translating business objectives into actionable HR technology strategies and architecture.
- Engaging with global or multi-national teams to drive successful implementation projects.
- Ensuring the alignment of HR technology solutions with organisational goals.
- Defining and executing HR technology strategy and architecture.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience, including proficiency in at least one Workday module.
- Proven experience in implementing one or more Workday modules.
- Previous involvement in global or multi-national organisations on implementation projects.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, multi-national teams on implementation projects.
- Certification in Workday module(s) is essential for consideration.
- A University Degree is required for this role.
- Fluent in English, in addition to either French or Dutch.
