Job description


Conexus is partnered with a Global Consulting firm to source an experienced SAP Support Lead for a role based in Luxembourg on a 6-12 month initial contract.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the support of SAP systems with a team of onsite and offshore resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer and stakeholder management, including governance meetings and weekly status reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices in SAP support.
  • Oversee end-to-end support engagements, covering L1 (Service Desk) and L2/L3 (SAP systems).
  • Provide clear communication and documentation to support business operations.


Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience.
  • Proven leadership in managing SAP support teams.
  • Strong experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.
  • Fluency in French and English.
