Job Title: Service Design Lead (SAP) - 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: London - Primarily remote
Contract Length: 6 Months
Rate: Competitive, Outside IR35
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Service Design Lead to join our client on an initial 6-month contract (outside IR35). You'll play a crucial role in supporting the organization post-SAP go-live, focusing on developing a robust service and support model. This is a key opportunity for someone with strong expertise in SAP service management and post-go-live support structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and program teams to create a comprehensive support plan in preparation for go-live.
- Design the post-go-live service model, focusing on SAP ticketing, change requests, incident management, and SLAs.
- Assess the current support organization and ensure it is fit for purpose, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Define clear processes for managing SAP-related issues, change requests, and service levels to ensure smooth operations post-go-live.
- Ensure the support structure is fully aligned with business requirements and capable of maintaining SAP systems efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in service design and delivery, particularly within SAP environments.
- Strong background in creating support models and managing SAP post-go-live activities.
- Expertise in handling SAP tickets, change requests, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ability to assess and optimize support organizations and processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
