Job description
I'm working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms who are looking to bring on a German-speaking SAP Supply Chain Manager to join their Zurich-based team on a permanent basis.
This is a key position within their growing SAP practice, where you'll lead the design and delivery of end-to-end supply chain transformation programmes for some of the most well-known companies in Switzerland and internationally.
Responsibilities:
Lead SAP supply chain workstreams across major S/4HANA transformation projects
Advise clients on best practices across modules such as SAP SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, or IBP
Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships
Work cross-functionally with finance, logistics, and procurement teams
Support pre-sales activities and contribute to business development efforts
Coach and mentor junior consultants and support internal capability development
What they're looking for:
Strong functional expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules - ideally across multiple areas (SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM, IBP, etc.)
Solid experience with S/4HANA implementations
Previous consulting experience (ideally within a Big 4 or similar environment)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in German (B2 or higher) and comfortable working in English
Based in or open to relocating to Zurich - hybrid working model with client site visits as needed
