SAP Deployment Manager
We are partnered with a leading global retail organisation who are embarking on a large-scale SAP transformation program. As part of this journey, they are looking for an experienced SAP Deployment Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-visibility position within a multi-year program, supporting deployments across multiple regions and business units.
Role Details:
Position: SAP Deployment Manager
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (hybrid - onsite 2 days per week ideally)
Contract: 12 months initial (multi-year program)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee SAP deployment activities across business units and regions
Drive deployment readiness, including cutover planning, risk management, and issue resolution
Act as the key link between program leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders
Coordinate with global and local teams to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption
Support program governance, ensuring deployments align with program timelines and standards
Ideal Profile:
Proven experience as a Deployment Manager or similar leadership role in large-scale SAP transformation programs
Strong track record managing global rollouts and complex cutovers
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural environments
Ability to drive structure, governance, and delivery in a fast-paced program environment
Retail or consumer goods industry experience is a strong plus
