Job Title: SAP Sales & Service Cloud Consultant
Location: Remote (German-speaking candidates only)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales & Service Cloud Consultant to join our global, consulting team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP C4C solutions, a background in the CPG industry, and be fluent in German. This role involves defining system and integration architecture, leading functional consultants, and working on various technical and functional design aspects of SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- System and Integration Architecture: Define system architecture, technical requirements, and functional designs, including business blueprints, flow mapping, and business requirements analysis.
- Leadership: Lead functional consultants in designing and executing SAP Sales and Service Cloud customizations, and integrating SAP Sales and Service Cloud with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Functional Designs and Testing: Create functional designs, test cases, prototypes, and plan and execute tests. Coordinate training and document operational support procedures.
- Business Configuration: Conduct project implementation activities, including scoping.
- Enhancements: Enhance standard web services, integration flows, and field mapping in C4C and ECC, S/4HANA, and MDG systems.
- Workflow & User Roles: Manage email notifications using workflows, transport management, business roles, and access restrictions.
- Deployment Activities: Perform deployment activities, rule editing, custom actions, buttons, and extension fields assignment to standard screens.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technologies or strategies.
- Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of SAP C4C solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the CPG industry.
- Fluency in German is mandatory.
- Ability to work remotely and travel internationally if needed (business visa support provided).
