About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Finance professional to drive the Record-to-Report (R2R) process within a global S/4HANA environment. This is a hands-on role, responsible for designing and configuring financial processes to support controlling, cost management, and financial reporting across multiple entities. You will work closely with the E2E Functional team to ensure global harmonisation, transparency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the Record-to-Report process in S/4HANA.
Configure and optimise financial processes, including controlling, cost management, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with global finance standards and harmonisation across entities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end financial operations.
Act as a subject matter expert for ERP S/4HANA Controlling, Material Ledger, and EPM systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years' experience in Finance, with strong Record-to-Report expertise.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Controlling, SAP Material Ledger, SAP Cost Management, and EPM systems.
Fluent in Italian & English with advanced proficiency in financial reporting and process design.
Comfortable with up to 40% travel.
