Conexus are currently partnered with a leading consultancy as they continue to expand their SAP capabilities. On that basis, we are searching for SAP ECM Consultants to join them on a permanent basis in Brussels, Belgium. EU Candidates are welcome to apply, as we can support with relocation.

- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of OpenText ECM implementations, from initial requirements gathering to go-live and ongoing support.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and content management needs. Provide expert advice on the best practices and capabilities of OpenText ECM solutions.
- Design and configure OpenText ECM solutions that meet client requirements. Customise workflows, meta data models, and document management structures to optimise content management.
- Ensure seamless integration of OpenText ECM with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft SharePoint). Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop training programs for end-users and client teams. Produce comprehensive documentation to support the solution's implementation and ongoing management.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in OpenText ECM and related technologies. Proactively suggest system enhancements and process improvements to clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an OpenText ECM Consultant within a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle implementations of OpenText ECM solutions within a consultancy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of OpenText ECM products, including Content Suite, Extended ECM, Documentum, or other relevant modules. Proficiency in configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset. Able to translate complex client requirements into efficient ECM solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. OpenText certifications are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
