Your Role: As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate and thrive in the ever-evolving business landscape. Specifically, we are looking for individuals to join our SAP consulting team. In this role, you will:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement SAP systems tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and seamlessly integrate SAP applications with their existing IT infrastructure.
- Lead business-focused transformation programs, utilizing a combination of process design, people solutions, and cutting-edge technology.
- Collaborate with renowned global technology providers to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in SAP-driven business transformations, either within a specific industry or across industries.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and navigate RFP-related dynamics for medium/high complexity clients.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with CxO/CxO-1 counterparts on the client side.
- A track record of success in SAP configurations, with recent experience in S/4HANA.
- The opportunity to manage projects and project work streams in comprehensive SAP transformations.
- A commitment to contributing to the development of our leading global SAP practice.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Flexibility to be based in Zurich or Basel and willingness to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad.
