Job description
We're working with a leading fashion brand undergoing a key phase of their SAP S/4HANA transformation, and they're now seeking a part-time SAP EWM Project Manager to support a critical workstream over the next two months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile programme within a dynamic, fast-paced retail and fashion environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe. You'll be brought in to provide structure, leadership, and assurance during a pivotal time, with potential for further involvement beyond the initial engagement.
The Role:
Lead the coordination and delivery of SAP EWM activities as part of a broader S/4HANA implementation
Work closely with internal stakeholders, business users, and external partners to ensure warehouse and logistics processes are aligned and integrated
Support issue resolution, progress reporting, and project governance
Facilitate workshops, support testing phases, and prepare the business for go-live readiness
Operate as the key interface between business and IT for all EWM-related matters
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing or delivering SAP EWM projects, ideally within S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes - experience in fashion or retail is a big plus
Comfortable working in complex, fast-moving organisations with multiple stakeholders
Able to commit to a part-time engagement (exact days/hours negotiable), with some occasional EU travel
A confident communicator who can work autonomously and hit the ground running
Details:
Location: Occasional travel
Type: Part-time contract (2-3 days/week, flexible)
Duration: Initial 2-month contract, likely to extend
Industry: Fashion / Retail
Start: 1st of September
