About the Role: As a SAP EWM/MM Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of our client's digital transformation initiative. You will leverage your expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Materials Management (MM) to design and implement innovative solutions that optimize warehouse processes and streamline material management across the organisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the successful migration from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP EWM and MM solutions, aligning with industry best practices and client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on warehouse structure design, inbound/outbound processes, resource management, and material handling.
- Architect and configure SAP EWM and MM modules to support the organisation's operational needs and strategic goals.
- Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, facilitating a cohesive digital ecosystem.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance, troubleshooting issues and optimising system performance as needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a SAP EWM/MM Solution Architect, with a strong background in SAP implementation projects.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM and MM modules, including configuration, customisation, and integration.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management processes, material flow, and inventory management principles.
- Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA migrations and a solid understanding of HANA database technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
