Conexus are partnered with a global medical devices company, that are currently searching for an Expert in SAP Customer Service and Plant Maintenance, to join them on a permanent basis from Berlin, Germany.
We're looking for someone who brings deep SAP expertise and process understanding to help streamline After Sales and Service operations - not in the cloud or CRM frontends, but where real ERP service journeys are built.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and enhancement of SAP CS/PM processes in an S/4HANA environment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including BI, Sales, Logistics, and Production
Contribute to strategic ERP backend transformation with a focus on real service workflows, not Salesforce-style front-end solutions
Work in a flat, trust-based structure with autonomy and long-term development opportunities - including potential for future leadership
What You Bring
Several years of hands-on SAP experience, especially in CS and/or PM customising
Strong process know-how in After Sales, Service, and Maintenance
Broader SAP exposure to modules like Sales, Logistics, or Production
Ideally certified in relevant SAP modules
Comfortable working in both German and English (written & spoken)
