Conexus are partnered with a Dutch utilities company to source a skilled SAP ABAP & Workflow Developer to join our team as we migrate our Bulk Consumption SAP system from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA. This system encompasses critical data on Connections, Contract and Relationship Management, Invoicing, Measurement Data, and Data Quality.
Your primary role will be to transfer existing functionalities from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring seamless integration and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate Development Work: Assess development efforts based on functional specifications.
- Technical Design: Translate business requirements and functional designs into technical designs for ABAP and Workflow developments.
- Solution Alignment: Ensure solutions are aligned with standard SAP S/4 HANA options.
- Development: Realize solutions based on SAP Workflow.
- Unit Testing: Perform and report on unit tests.
- Transport Preparation: Prepare and validate transport in the OTAP environment.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve test findings and incidents.
- Progress Reporting: Report on work progress within the team and in Jira.
Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Network Management processes in the Energy sector.
- Education: Completed HBO or WO education.
- SAP Skills:
- Design and development experience with SAP ABAP and SAP Workflow.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Experience with interface techniques (SOAP, oData, Rest/JSON) and Forms (SAP script, SmartForms; PDF is a plus).
- Experience with Fiori.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP BTP / Cloud Platform Integration.
- Experience with SAP Archivelink.
