Your Role
We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to drive the growth of the SAP, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security and Software Engineering desks across EMEA.
Your main responsibilities include:
Support in developing existing accounts both operationally and strategically
Acquire your own customers, build relationships and expand your customer base
Become a trusted advisor to all of your customers, ensuring that they are receiving the latest insights to the market
Managing the entire recruiting process from business development, job qualification, sourcing candidates, commercial negotiations and managing the placement
Ensuring that you are providing an exceptional service to all of your clients and candidates
Having a collaborative approach with all internal and external stakeholders

1+ year of recruitment experience
Passion for technology

Proactive approach
Willingness to learn
Proven track record in international recruitment (desirable)
Experience working with multi-national clients (desirable)
Technology recruitment experience (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
