Project Manager - Mobile / Executive Apps
Location: India (Remote)

A leading global healthcare organisation is expanding its Digital, Data and Executive Intelligence capabilities and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of mobile and mobile-first web applications for senior leadership. This is a pivotal role shaping how executives access insights, make decisions and interact with enterprise data.
About the role
You will partner with a US-based Product Owner and global delivery teams to oversee end-to-end execution of high-impact mobile products. The position requires strong delivery discipline, technical fluency across modern cloud and data platforms, and the ability to manage vendors and stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
Support full lifecycle delivery of mobile and mobile-first applications, from design through launch and post-go-live stabilisation.
Manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and change requests within a fixed-price delivery model.
Coordinate global teams spanning engineering, UX, data, architecture, security and infrastructure.
Lead project ceremonies and maintain alignment across time zones.
Monitor delivery partner performance against SOWs, milestones and SLAs.
Work with technical teams to understand risks, integration points and design decisions across ReactJS, Snowflake, GraphQL, AWS and Azure.
Champion mobile-first design and ensure intuitive, executive-friendly user experiences.
Maintain RAID logs, manage compliance considerations and oversee SIT, UAT and performance testing readiness.
Produce clear, executive-level updates, dashboards and governance documentation.
What we're looking for
10-15 years' experience in project management or delivery leadership within digital, mobile, data or cloud environments.
Strong background working with global or offshore delivery partners.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences.
Technical fluency to engage with architects, engineers and data teams.
Experience across Finance or Supply Chain domains is beneficial.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus.
Comfortable working flexibly to collaborate with teams in Europe and the USA.
