Conexus is partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who is searching for a Kinaxis / Supply planning expert to bridge the gap between the digital and business teams within their digital centre of excellence.
We are specifically looking for a techno-functional consultant who will be focused within the area of Production Planning and support the supply chain planning team who are managing the SC planning solution portfolio, road map and projects on a global scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and analyse business requirements, fostering collaboration between stakeholder groups to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with both Digital and Business stakeholders to capture high-level requirements, define user needs, and prioritise competing business demands.
- Drive architectural consistency and usability standards while overseeing the execution of robust test cases.
- Empower employees to leverage technology effectively, acting as a coach in technology adoption.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues within your domain.
You will be:
- Ensuring end-to-end delivery for your domain of expertise, adhering to established standards and practices.
- Validate documentation and compliance with architecture, quality, regulatory controls, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Owning training initiatives within your domain, empowering the team to excel in production planning capabilities.
- Maintaining compliance with architecture standards and guidelines, ensuring seamless application integration.
- Contributing to operational excellence by proactively managing risks, conducting root cause analyses, and providing L3 support within your domain.
- Playing a vital role in implementing the product roadmap, overseeing new site deployments and the roll-out of enhanced functionalities.
Responsible for delivering:
- Provide domain-specific support and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement through small enhancements.
- Contribute to Day 1 Readiness for new initiatives.
- Act as the core product owner for the deployment of production planning capabilities.
- Lead the deployment of production planning capabilities within the designated area.
