I'm supporting a global manufacturing client that is looking for a Digital Product Owner to lead the roadmap for their internal AI chatbot. The platform supports employees across multiple business areas, so the focus is on improving functionality, adoption and overall user experience.
Key responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap and define success metrics
Gather requirements and align with stakeholders across HR, IT, Operations, etc.
Improve conversation flows and user experience using feedback and analytics
Work with engineering teams on NLP improvements, integrations and data quality
Monitor performance, run A/B tests and produce regular updates for leadership
Identify new use cases and opportunities for process automation
Key requirements:
Strong experience in digital product management
Background with AI, chatbots or NLP-driven platforms
Understanding of APIs, integrations and cloud environments
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and a user-focused approach
English required; Spanish is a plus
