Are you an experienced ERP Support Consultant looking for a long-term remote opportunity? We are partnering with a global retail organization to find a talented DC1 Support Consultant to join our team and support our ERP systems for the next three years.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled DC1 (ERP) Support Consultant to provide comprehensive support for our ERP systems. This is a fully remote position offered as a 3-year contract, providing stability and the opportunity to work on impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for DC1 (ERP) systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and configurations as needed.
- Offer training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of the ERP system.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP system support, preferably with DC1 (ERP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP system configurations and customizations.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with end-users and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the FMCG/Retail environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
