Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for the office/entity setup, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic goals.
  • Network and Infrastructure: Oversee the design and implementation of robust IT infrastructure, including network architecture, servers, and data centers.
  • Security: Implement stringent security measures to protect sensitive information and comply with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of all systems and processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and compliance records.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical project management, with a focus on network, security, and infrastructure projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network design, cybersecurity, and project management tools.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
