Conexus have partnered with a multi-national organisation looking to hire a Senior Workday Consultant on a permanent basis in Belgium.
Location : Belgium
Travel : Hybrid, multiple offices across Belgium
The ideal candidate :
- 5+ years experience with at least 1 Workday modules
- Implementation experience of 1 or more Workday modules
- Experience in global or multi-national organisations on implementation projects
- Ability to work with multi-national or global teams to assist on implementation projects
- Ability to understand and bring to life Business Objectives
- Able to define HR technology strategy and architecture
- Certification in Workday module(s) is required for consideration on this role
- University Degree necessary for consideration
- Fluent in English, in addition to French or Dutch
