Position: Senior Salesforce CRM Consultant

Our Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Consultant to join their team and make an impact on the world. As a consultant, you will work with Belgian and International clients to solve their problems and develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in Marketing, Sales and Service. You will be responsible for a work-stream and coordinate with colleagues who are on your team to co-deliver successfully.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver different phases of a digital transformation project using Salesforce as a platform: Analysis, blueprint design, technical design, implementation and configuration, testing and Go-live
  • Support in the growth of the company's business by actively contributing to proposals
  • Work with Belgian and International clients to solve their problems, develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in Marketing, Sales and Service and support them in understanding how digital solutions can help
  • Be responsible for a work-stream and coordinate with colleagues who are on your team to co-deliver successfully

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a functional role during multiple implementations projects
  • Good knowledge of CRM processes and trends
  • The ability to translate Business Objectives, Sales Strategies & Methodologies to functional requirements and a solution design
  • Knowledge of Agile and experience delivering projects in an Agile methodology is a key advantage
  • Strong communication skills and you are a team player
  • Outstanding analytical skills and you are intellectually curious
  • You have a true willingness and ability to work as part of an integrated, enthusiastic and multi-disciplinary team
  • You are open to working in a local, national and international environment
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies such as Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, or alternatively SAP, Salesforce or Oracle is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French would be ideal, but not a deal breaker. Generous relocation package offered for EU nationals.
