Join our International FMCG client as they expand their Cyber Security team. We're seeking an IT and OT security professional with a solid grasp of both IT and OT Security. Your mission: to develop and maintain cybersecurity strategies, fortifying critical infrastructure against cyber threats.
What you can expect:
- Conducting thorough security evaluations across multiple factory locations in Europe.
- Crafting and deploying security solutions meeting industry standards.
- Establishing and enforcing IT and OT security protocols.
- Coordinating audits and tests to ensure OT systems' security.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align security initiatives with organizational goals.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in IT security, with at least 2 years in OT.
- Experienced in security assessments and policy enforcement.
- Familiarity with ICS and SCADA environments.
- Strong grasp of threat modeling and risk assessment.
- Experience with OT security frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP) and IT frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST CSF).
- Familiarity with cloud-based security and incident handling.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month across Europe.
Must be based in either of these locations; United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Hungary, Spain, or Ireland. (Rewarding salaries for each location).
