Job description
We're looking for an experienced SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant to join a leading client and play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting financial processes within SAP S/4HANA.
This position will suit someone who combines strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) with hands-on experience in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules such as Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver SAP FICO / FSCM solutions across full project lifecycles - from design and configuration to go-live and support.
Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure key FICO processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Centre Accounting.
Implement and optimise FSCM components such as:
Credit Management (SAP Credit Management / S/4HANA Credit Management)
Collections Management
Dispute Management
Treasury and Cash Management (optional but advantageous)
Support integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, TRM) and third-party systems.
Conduct testing, end-user training, and documentation.
Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2+ years in FSCM.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance projects (implementation or migration).
Strong functional understanding of core finance processes - P2P, O2C, R2R.
Experience with configuration, testing, and user support.
Good knowledge of integration points between FICO, FSCM, and other SAP modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in German & English
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).
Understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, or reporting tools (e.g., SAC, BW/4HANA).
SAP certification in Finance or FSCM.
