Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design efficient SAP workflow solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP workflow components to meet business needs, ensuring smooth process flows and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain workflow templates, rules, and triggers based on defined business rules and workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP workflow processes and other systems.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of workflow solutions to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to end-users and stakeholders during system implementation and support phases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP Workflow Consultant, with hands-on experience in workflow design, configuration, and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP workflow technologies and tools, including SAP Business Workflow, SAP Fiori, and SAP Workflow Builder.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP modules and integration with workflow processes.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
- Experience working with SAP Solution Manager for workflow management and monitoring.
