Conexus has partnered with one of the world's largest software development companies to source multiple SAP HCM / Success Factors Time Tracking Specialists to join a global implementation project.
Multiple Contracts Available | Global Implementation Project
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management with a focus on Time Sheet and Time Tracking functionalities.
- Engage with stakeholders globally, effectively managing their expectations while maintaining the integrity of the global template.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of business rules for Employee Central (EC) and Time Management, including Validation Rules, Calculation Rules, and Decision Rules.
- Configure and manage MDF objects, workflows, and Succession Data Models to meet client requirements.
- Perform technical hands-on tasks such as creating and/or modifying Time Types, Time Recording Profiles, Time Profiles, Time Valuations, Time Type Groups, and Time Filters.
Qualifications:
- SAP Certified Associate in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
- Expertise in business rules for EC and Time Management, including various validation and calculation rules.
- Proficiency in configuring MDF objects, workflows, and Succession Data Models.
- Technical aptitude with hands-on experience in creating and modifying essential time management objects.
