What You'll Do:

  • Provide Consulting to HR: Deliver specialised consulting services to the Human Resources Department, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Use your technical and business acumen to advise on best practices and improve internal processes.
  • Manage Internal Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients. Offer ongoing support and proactively propose ideas to enhance HR and Legal processes. Your role will blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of business and management principles.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate on HR & Legal IT projects, overseeing both management and execution. This includes monitoring project budgets, selecting suppliers, and ensuring projects align with business objectives.
  • Incident/Change Management in Service Desk: Manage incidents within your domain, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Lead initiatives to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and participate in Service Desk changes to prioritize and improve incident quality.

We'd Love to Meet You If You Have:

  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience providing IT support to Human Resources, with specialised expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics.
  • Education:
    • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Languages:
    • Excellent proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset.
  • Competencies:
    • A strong desire to work in an international IT environment.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical approach.
  • Specific Knowledge:
    • Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics. Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM is advantageous.
    • A strategic understanding of both business and technology, coupled with exceptional relationship-building skills.
