Conexus are currently working with a global market-leading software development company based In the US, to source SuccessFactors specialists for an exciting new project running until January 2026.
We are looking for an SAP Success Factors Lead to join them to support their implementation of Time Management.
Description:
- Strategies and oversees team activities
- Develops a strategy and plan for pertinent solution components
- Calculates resource requirements for current and prospective tasks
- Guides the establishment of delivery and work product standards
- Allocates and oversees team resources effectively
- Provides regular status updates
- Addresses workstream-level challenges and escalates when necessary
- Offers direction and counsel for solution design
- Identifies integration points for comprehensive design assessment
- Assists in assessing intricate solution design scenarios
What you should bring:
- Proven experience in functional consulting within Success Factors, with a focus on Time Management.
- At least 2 end to end implementation project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
