Job description

A technology-driven company, who is at the forefront of automotive innovation, particularly in the fields of autonomous driving, electric mobility, and connectivity, is searching for an SAP S/4 Hana FICO Consultant to join them on their global S/4 Hana transformation. The company invests heavily in research and development to drive advancements in these areas, aiming to make transportation safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

Main tasks:

  • Coordinates and drives all rollout-relevant activities for the SAP FI/CO module for a defined rollout location (Finance/Controlling).
  • Ensures an efficient and compliant rollout at the site for the SAP module.
  • Drives Kick-Off, FitToTemplate, and System-Test sessions in plant locations and ensures proper and fast handling of all findings/missing features.
  • Operates JIRA to steer the development of the referring IT teams and writes the story to define the business requirements.
  • Coordinates data migration actions to meet the System-Test schedule and validates migrated data in the test and productive systems.
  • Independently creates and executes the Cutover Plan before Go-Live and organizes Post Go-Live activities for the respective SAP module.
  • Establishes a constant exchange between local key users, power users, and the location lead.
  • Trains local key users, including building up training plans for end users/power users.
  • Coordinates the rollout of CT tools (QDA, etc.) in close exchange with the BA, country, and location teams for the respective SAP stream/module.
  • Substitutes/represents the Rollout Lead on request.
  • Gains a full process overview for the respective SAP module, including good know-how for other SAP modules.

About You:

  • Academic degree as an industrial engineer, computer scientist, or business manager, or comparable experience through several years of practical work.
  • Minimum 3 years in an SAP environment for at least one relevant SAP module.
  • Minimum 3 years in a multinational environment.
  • Successful realization of at least one global/regional project.
  • Ability to lead change and communicate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Good SAP knowledge for the respective SAP module.
  • Affinity for data analysis and the ability to create transparency.
  • Project management skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Business process knowledge (preferred: experience in operational business roles such as LKU, CKU, etc.).
  • Ability to think across BA/functions.
  • Problem-solving affinity.
  • Ability to work in high-visibility roles.
  • Communication skills with different management levels and cultural styles.
  • Experience in managing and guiding personnel in multinational, worldwide teams.
