SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Conexus are currently partnered with a leading consultancy that continue to expand their SAP capabilities. On that basis, we are searching for SAP Plant Maintenance Consultants to join them on a permanent basis in Brussels, Belgium. EU candidates are welcome, as we can support relocation.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of SAP PM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, system design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on SAP PM best practices and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and project success.
• Analyse client maintenance processes and asset management requirements. Design and configure SAP PM solutions that align with these needs and optimise operational performance.
• Configure SAP PM modules to meet client requirements, including equipment management, preventive maintenance, work order management, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, SD). Customise functionalities where necessary.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support the implementation and ongoing management of SAP PM solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PM functionalities and industry trends. Proactively recommend enhancements and optimisation's to improve client systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP PM solutions within a consultancy setting.
• Deep understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance modules, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and work order processing. Proficiency in configuration, customisation, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering multiple SAP PM projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build lasting professional relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certification in PM is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
