Position: SAP Manager Analytics
Job Description:
- Lead transformative analytics programs as the experienced SAP Analytics Manager for this company's rapidly expanding SAP Analytics, Data & Architecture team.
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively grasp their business requirements, design robust analytics strategies, and lead the implementation of SAP Analytics solutions.
- Be a trusted partner for clients, guiding them through their Analytics transformation journey by playing a pivotal role in defining and implementing SAP analytics strategy.
- Lead impactful discussions and projects in your areas of expertise, contributing valuable insights to both clients and the internal team. Manage project teams, provide guidance, mentorship and support towards team members.
- Foster collaboration within the team and other offerings on internal initiatives, allowing you to broaden your experience with new technologies and cultivate a strong professional network.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business).
- Proven experience in SAP Analytics solution implementation and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Analytics tools like SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Functional experience in domains like Finance, Purchasing (Ariba), CRM (C/4HANA), Logistics (EWM/TM), … is a plus.
- Knowledge of non-SAP analytical products is a plus (e.g. AI solutions, Power BI, Qlik, Snowflake, etc.).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French would be ideal, but not a deal breaker. Generous relocation package offered for EU nationals.
