Conexus are excited to bring you a new opportunity for an SAP Finance Manager to join my client's innovative team based in Brussels, Belgium.
Your role:
- Analyzing client needs from both business and technology perspectives and aligning them with SAP's standard functions or suggesting tailored SAP solutions.
- Engaging in cutting-edge SAP business transformation initiatives, advising on SAP finance solutions through in-depth analysis of client finance and control processes.
- Assisting clients in SAP S/4HANA projects spanning the entire supply chain, from requirements analysis to solution design, technical concepts, implementation, testing, training, go-live, and rollout.
- Crafting precise SAP S/4HANA solutions across client value chains, including finance, control, procurement, logistics, HR, and more.
- Implementing "best practices" to streamline user requirement evaluation, specifications, and implementation to minimize one-off and maintenance costs.
- Leading technical oversight for SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration projects.
- Managing requirements within SAP S/4HANA projects, including facilitating specialized concept workshops with business process managers.
- Guiding and prototyping SAP S/4HANA customizations.
- Contributing technical and methodological expertise to support the sale of substantial ERP/SAP projects.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business process consulting and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
- Exceptional grasp of Financial and Management Accounting processes, complemented by robust project management capabilities.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects or transformations.
- Technical proficiency across typical end-to-end ERP processes (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire, etc.) and their SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Deep expertise in two or more SAP modules.
- Ideally, familiarity with specific SAP industry solutions (IS-U, IS-H, IS-M), specialist SAP add-on solutions (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management), and analytical SAP tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and presentation abilities, coupled with intellectual agility.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with highly desirable Flemish and French language skills.
