About the Role:
Conexus is working with a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing company with a strong presence in Poland and across Europe. Their commitment to innovation and operational excellence has fuelled their growth, and they are now looking for an experienced SAP Functional FI/CO Consultant to join their team and drive key financial processes through their SAP platform.
This is a 100% remote position, seeking candidates that currently reside in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End SAP FI/CO Module Support: Provide functional expertise for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, including configuration, implementation, and support of key financial processes.
- Business Process Optimisation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and enhance existing financial processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in SAP FI/CO-related projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
- Integration: Ensure smooth integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and non-SAP systems.
- User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day support to users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering targeted training sessions to ensure efficient use of SAP.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO consulting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of all SAP FI/CO modules.
- Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP integration points across modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly understand business issues and provide technical solutions.
