Join a leader in the Retail industry and their vibrant team as an SAP Finance and Treasury Support Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4 Hana. What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide 2nd level support for finance-related tickets within SAP R/3 and S/4 systems.
- Coordinate and resolve end-user requests across various process chains.
- Manage ticket interfaces between cash register, warehouse processes, and accounting, including card clearing, sales reconciliation, and invoice verification.
- Support and implement minor system changes and assist with testing.
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in support roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Retail (R/3 and S/4) focusing on FI modules such as Treasury, with additional experience in Logistic modules.
- Familiarity with international trade, especially in retail, is a plus.
- Experience managing small teams or service partners.
- Keen interest in cash register, warehouse, and accounting processes.
- Reliable and organised work ethic.
- Fluent in English and B1+ level of German.
