Role: Finance Process Expert (FI/CO) - S/4HANA Programme
Location: Europe (Hybrid/Remote with occasional travel)

A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a Finance Process Expert (FI/CO) to support the design of their future-state finance model as part of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation. This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, focusing on process strategy rather than configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the definition and design of future-state Finance & Controlling processes
Map end-to-end processes across SAP and non-SAP activities
Assess cross-functional impacts across Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other areas
Identify organisational changes required (roles, responsibilities, ownership)
Provide external best-practice insight and constructively challenge existing ways of working
Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, process documentation and governance
Collaborate closely with the SI, internal teams and senior stakeholders
Experience Required
Deep Finance & Controlling process expertise
Hands-on S/4HANA transformation experience
Strong workshop leadership and stakeholder engagement
Ability to challenge design decisions and guide teams towards best practice
Experience with Signavio (highly desirable)
