Conexus are partnered with an industry leading food & beverage manufacturer who are sourcing for an SAP CRM Functional Analyst to join their team to support them with their upcoming go-lives for their S/4HANA Implementation, inclusive of Sales, Service, Marketing & Commerce Cloud.
They offer full remote working | Travel once per quarter for quarterly review
The Role:
As an SAP CRM Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective solutions within our SAP CRM environment. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around meeting business requirements and ensuring smooth operations in day-to-day activities. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP Sales and Service Cloud technologies, making configuration changes to optimise system performance and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for SAP CRM functionalities.
- Act as a hands-on Functional Analyst, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions to meet business as usual (BAU) needs.
- Perform configuration changes within SAP Sales and Service Cloud modules to align with business processes and enhance system capabilities.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM issues, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP CRM Functional Analyst, with a strong understanding of SAP Sales and Service Cloud modules.
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- SAP certification(s) in CRM or relevant modules preferred.
