Position Summary
Our client, a global Food & Beverage producer, is keen to hire an SAP CRM Consultant/Analyst. You will be part of a global team responsible for analyzing, documenting, and implementing CRM solutions. You will work closely with business users to identify and address their needs, and you will act as the primary liaison between IT and the business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate business needs and demands with a focus on CRM processes.
- Develop and document CRM solution concepts to improve business processes.
- Gather and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Support business development by ensuring alignment with the company's vision and long-term strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and technology trends.
Required Experience, Skills, and Competencies
- Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Solution Consultant, or a similar role.
- Expertise in SAP Sales and Service Cloud is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM on-premises is advantageous.
- Understanding of telesales, field sales, and key account processes in a B2B environment, ideally in the food industry.
- Enthusiasm and expertise in requirements engineering and process modelling.
- Ability to translate user requirements into tangible IT solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and out-of-the-box thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation, workshop management, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for learning new skills and keeping up with the latest technology trends.
- Familiarity with M365 and Service Now SPM.
- Fluency in English. German or French is a plus.
- Potential for travel.
