Conexus are currently partnered with a leading consultancy in the UK, that are searching for a SAP Change Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
About the Role
As an SAP Consulting Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end change management activities during SAP implementation projects. Working closely with clients, you'll ensure smooth transitions through system upgrades, business realignments, and process changes, while minimising disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for SAP projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders to assess business impacts and design effective change programs.
- Develop and deliver communication plans and materials to ensure clear messaging throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide tailored training programs to ensure end-user readiness and smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure change is embedded into the organisation's culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP Change Management experience is essential.
- Strong expertise in communications and training strategy development and execution.
- Experience leading change management within large-scale SAP projects across various industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required (UK-wide).
